Sorry to have gotten way behind schedule on getting these out.  I’ve been struggling with tendinitis, which has limited my typing and general computer working time.  It’s not completely gone, but I should now be more or less back on schedule of one segment per week.

I think you’re misunderstanding me.  I was talking about being both a butch woman and a trans woman and the difference between whether someone calls me sir when they read me as butch (and presumably cis) as opposed to when someone calls me sir when they read me as a trans woman (and attribute any masculinity to transmisogynistic assumptions).  

Of course I’m both trans and butch in either case, but there are major differences in how I am treated depending on which one gets latched onto by ignorant strangers.
